Shipping & Returns

Every item is handcrafted in small batches in my Adelaide Hills studio. While many pieces are ready to ship, others are made to order — and occasionally, certain styles or colours may take a little longer to restock or prepare.

Shipping timeframes:
Orders are typically packed and sent within 7 to 10 days. I don’t work Mondays or Tuesdays, so weekend orders may have a slightly longer lead time.
We ship using Express Post, which refers to the speed of delivery after your order leaves the studio. It does not mean your order will be dispatched immediately.

If you need your order by a specific date, I encourage you to reach out before purchasing — I’ll always do my best to help where I can.

Returns:
Each piece is carefully crafted to last. If your item arrives with a fault or issue, please get in touch and I’ll make it right.
Due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products, we don’t offer returns for change of mind.
