Shipping policy
Every piece is made by hand in our studio in Lobethal, South Australia, and posted within 7 to 10 days of your order, often sooner. Embossing is included in that time.
We post with Australia Post Express Post. Within Australia, postage is $15 for orders up to $350, $20 up to $500 and $30 above that. Express Post usually arrives 1 to 3 business days after it leaves us, a little longer to regional areas. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is lodged.
We also post to New Zealand. Postage is shown at checkout.
For Christmas, order by Monday 14 December.
If you need your order by a particular date, email before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
