These terms cover buying from rusticwren.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are
Rustic Wren (ABN 90 731 424 165) is a leather studio at 14a Main Street, Lobethal, South Australia 5241. You can reach us at hello@rusticwren.com.au.

Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Postage is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before going ahead and refund you in full if you'd rather not continue.

Your order
Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Very occasionally we can't make an order, for example if a leather runs out. If that happens we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Making and delivery
Every piece is made by hand and posted within 7 to 10 days, often sooner. After that, delivery times depend on Australia Post. We post within Australia and to New Zealand. Our shipping policy has the details.

Embossing
We press exactly what you type in the embossing box. Please check the spelling and capitals before you order.

The leather
Full-grain leather varies in colour, marks and texture from hide to hide. Your piece won't look exactly like the photographs. That variation isn't a fault.

Returns and faults
Our refund policy explains what happens if something isn't right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Custom, wholesale and corporate orders
These are quoted separately, and the quote sets out the terms for that order.

Our designs and photographs
The designs, photographs and words on this website belong to Rustic Wren. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Your information
We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
