The Wrens Nest Issue 3: Reclaiming What’s Always Been Yours

Welcome to The Wren’s Nest
This is my weekly journal—a quiet space where I share the little moments that shape life at Rustic Wren. It’s a behind-the-scenes peek into the studio, the creative process, and the thoughts I’m still unfolding. I hope it feels like a letter from a friend.

Some weeks aren’t about doing more—they’re about remembering who you already are.

This week, I’ve been reflecting a lot. Through journaling, through honest conversations, and through that quiet nudge that says: come back to yourself.

I’ve been noticing the layers I’ve carried—beliefs that were never mine, old patterns that no longer feel true. And slowly, I’m letting them go.

For a long time, I waited for permission. To speak up. To lead. To take up space. But something has shifted.

I’m not waiting anymore.

Rustic Wren isn’t just a business—it’s my way of making space for slow stories. For creativity that holds weight. For legacy.

It starts by choosing to lead, not just make.
To trust my gut.
To stop asking if I’m allowed—and start acting like I already belong.

 In the studio this week:
– More Landscape Journals found their way into the world—full of wild, still energy
– A fresh batch of menus, crafted with intention
– Cockatoo Brushrolls returned to the shelves—soft, practical, full of character
– And at last… rain. The earth softened, and so did I.
