The Companion Sets

This one, or that one.

Two complete writing systems sit at the top of the range. Both hold the same idea: notebook, leather Companion and three inserts, embossed by hand before they ship, complete in one box. The difference between them is one pocket. Here is the choice, stated plainly.

The Curator's Companion

The structured one

The Curator’s Companion.

At the centre is The Curator. Internal sleeves hold cards, tickets and loose papers. Full-length stitching, clean considered lines. A workspace, not just a cover.

  • Internal sleeves for the things that need to stay close
  • Clean lines outside, order inside
  • For the person who keeps everything in its place

From $310

The Curator in A5, The Leather Companion, three inserts. Saves $25 on the pieces bought separately.

or
The Wren's Companion

The most considered

The Wren’s Companion.

At the centre is The Wren. Everything the Curator has, plus a raw edge front pocket cut straight from the hide. The notebook Jess makes for herself.

  • The Curator’s structure, sleeves and stitching included
  • A raw edge front pocket on the cover, no two the same
  • For the person who wants the full expression of the range

From $320

The Wren in A5, The Leather Companion, three inserts. Saves $25 on the pieces bought separately.

Choose the Wren’s

Whichever you choose

In the box

The notebook in A5, The Leather Companion in your choice of colour, two thin lined inserts and one thick. Nothing else to buy.

Embossed free

Up to 5 characters, pressed into the front panel by hand at the studio, exactly as you write them.

Built to be refilled

Full-grain Australian leather that outlasts every insert it carries. When a notebook is full, you replace the paper, not the leather.

Still torn? The raw edge pocket is the whole difference. If it speaks to you, it is the Wren. If you would rather keep things clean, it is the Curator. Ask Jess if you want a second opinion.
