A closer look behind the leather
We work with full-grain leather, sourced from Australian and New Zealand hides. It's the highest grade available, strong, raw, and completely honest. No paint, no plastic coatings, no shortcuts.
Every hide carries the story of the animal it came from, the stretch marks, the scars, the texture shaped by weather and time. We don't sand it back or cover it up. We lean in. Because character isn't a flaw. It's a feature.
You'll feel it the moment you pick one up. It's thick, grounding, and rich with detail. The kind of leather that holds up to real use and wears in with age, not out.
Every notebook is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in the Adelaide Hills. We make in small batches, not because it sounds good, but because it's the only way to ensure every piece earns its place.
We don't follow trends. We follow craft.
And we build things to outlast us.
