Handmade to order in our Lobethal studio. Current lead time is 4 to 5 weeks before dispatch. Ready to Ship pieces are sent the next business day.

Choosing elastics is the hardest part. The Colourway Series takes that decision off your plate.

Each pairing has been tested, lived with, and chosen because it works. The leather, the elastics, the combination. All of it decided. Made in a small run. That's it.

Three colourways available now.

Salt Bush. Salt bush green full-grain leather with orange and hot pink centre elastics and green spine elastics. The combination that started the series.

Blacksmith. Black full-grain leather with teal and turquoise elastics. Quieter leather, bolder detail.

Inkwell. Navy full-grain leather with orange and hot pink elastics centre elastics and navy spine elastics. Deep and warm in equal measure.

Full-grain leather from Australian tanneries. Cut and stitched in Lobethal.

Slide The Companion into any elastic-spine notebook and it becomes a system.

Slim upholstery leather with more movement than the cover. Full-height sleeve, smaller sleeves, one zippered compartment. Cards, receipts, a folded note. Everything that needs to stay put, stays put. Lays flat at 31 x 21 cm. Fits a Moleskine Cahier.

Every item is handcrafted in small batches in my Adelaide Hills studio. Orders are typically packed and sent within 7 to 10 days.
