Every piece in The Landscape Series begins as a Curator, the most structured notebook in the Rustic Wren range, with internal sleeves, stitching, and four vertical elastics. Then layers of leather are placed across the cover, cut and built up by hand to create a landscape from the hide itself. Earthy tones. Organic edges. The quiet colours of the Australian country, ochre, brown, salt bush, the dark of old timber and river stone.

No two pieces share the same layering. No two share the same colour fall. Each one is made once and listed exactly as it is. What you see is what ships.

This is leather working as it rarely gets to, not just functional, but considered as an object. Made in small batches in Lobethal, South Australia. Ready to ship.
