The Scribe is a trifold leather cover with a clean, contained closure. The back wraps around the front and holds firm. In A6 it slips into a jacket pocket. In A5 it disappears into a bag. In A4 it owns the desk.

The outside is full-grain leather. The inside reveals a different texture entirely, softer, more tactile, the suede underside of the hide. It's the detail you only find once you're using it. The Scribe is like that. Understated on the outside, considered all the way through.

A scribe doesn't second-guess the page. They pick up the tool and write. This notebook is built for exactly that, the work, not the ritual around it.

Every item is handcrafted in small batches in my Adelaide Hills studio. Orders are typically packed and sent within 7 to 10 days.
